1 short (3-4 mi) 2 mid (5-6 mi) 1 mid long (10-12 mi) 1 long (17-22) 1 interval
Cross Train including weights, swimming, rowing and bike riding
Having a beer during the Vienna City Marathon
A little bike ride during the Vienna City Marathon
