I am using this blog to track my training. 

My goals each week are as follows:

Run 6 days a week ~

     1 short (3-4 mi)      2 mid (5-6 mi)        1 mid long (10-12 mi)    1 long (17-22)       1 interval

 Cross Train including weights, swimming, rowing and bike riding
