2 Mile Run

1 hr Bike Ride

Well, I went out for a run last night and man it was pouring and windy and I couldn’t see, not even with my visor on.  I know this break is getting a little ridiculous.  I will run tonight, and my the way, I am not too worried, I still feel strong.  My 2 miles felt great yesterday!
