20 Mile Bike Ride

I rode my bike in the rain today with my boyfriend!  We were slipping around and almost falling on the trail and loving every minute of it!  One unfortunate thing was, someone burned down the town I liked to run up in the middle of the longer runs, such a shame!  Anywhoo, we had a blast and got some exercise too!

3.5 Mile Run

I ran in Old Town Today which was great!  First down the trail below El Morro and then up around El Morro, all before work!  It felt great!

7 Mile Run

30 Min Bike Ride

Again, felt good.  Got a shin splint from running in my old shoes yesterday and also hitting my shin on my pedals in the morning.

4 Mile Run!

1 hr bike ride

Today felt great!  I loved running today…. good news!
