12 Mi Bike Ride

Howdy!  I got to run today on the treadmill.  I like running on the treadmill because it is cool!  I only ran 3 miles because of time.  I did ride home from work this morning at 6 and then back to work this afternoon at 3:30.  I have a 10 mile run planned for tomorrow, and I think I am going to come and run it on the treadmill.  Then I don’t have to worry about water!
