Actual Workout: 1 hr. bike, 20 min. rowing machine, strength (cut a little short due to friends stopping by!)

Planned Workout: 4 mi. bricks, strength (1 hr bike to work)

Work:  Day

Comments:  Guess I am making up my own workouts these days, but I go with how I fell … I know, not race horse esque, but hey, I don’t eat hay either!
