Actual Workout: lazy.

Planned Workout:

Work: OFF

Comments: I am disappointed in myself because I was just lazy all day.  I really should just motivate and go out because I really beat myself up over these lazy days, especially with the race being so close.  I agonize over my lack of workout all day long, if I just did it, I would not only not be so pissed at myself, I would feel better and be more productive since I am not pre occupied with the lack of workouts!  Why is this such a difficult lesson for me to learn??
