3 Weeks until the MCM

I would like to do a soild week of running this week then cut it down next week.  I feel like if I can keep it up for this week then I will have a chance at a new PR,  (Personal Record).  As of now, my PR is 3:37.  I would like to break 3:30.  I have a lot to do for school which I also cannot let up on, so time to study!! 

Oct. 6 – OFF (1 hr. bike)

Oct. 7 – 12 miles (30 min. Bike)

Oct. 8 – OFF (1 hr. bike)

Oct. 9 - 4 mi. ( 30 min. bike)

Oct. 10 - 9 Mi.

Oct. 11 – OFF

Oct. 12 – OFF

I am obviously not doing to well with the running these days.  Of course, I ride my bike to work!!!
